What this site collects

This website does not run a contact form, does not ask you to create an account, and does not sell anything. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Your hosting provider’s logs

Like all websites, this one is served by a hosting provider (Hostinger) which keeps standard server logs. These typically include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and are retained for security and troubleshooting.

The embedded map

The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the clinic. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy rather than ours. If you would rather avoid this, use the plain “Open in Google Maps” link instead, or simply read the written address.

WhatsApp and telephone

If you contact the clinic by WhatsApp, your message and phone number are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms, and are visible to clinic staff. Telephone calls are not recorded.

Patient records

Clinical information you provide during a consultation is kept confidentially by the clinic as part of your medical record. It is not published on this website, not shared with third parties for marketing, and not used for any purpose other than your care.

Your rights

You may ask what personal information the clinic holds about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or clinical reason to retain it. Contact the clinic on 097128 19384.
