Therapy

Agnikarma

Precisely controlled heat applied with a metal probe to a specific point, fast, targeted relief for stubborn localised pain.

What it is

A heated metal instrument is touched briefly to carefully selected points. Classical texts rank Agnikarma above medication and surgery for certain painful conditions because of how rarely the pain returns.

What it helps

Plantar fasciitis and calcaneal spur, localised chronic joint pain, tennis elbow, and small superficial growths. Heel pain in particular often responds within one or two sittings.

What to expect

There is a brief, sharp sensation of heat lasting a moment. The site is dressed with ghee afterwards and kept dry. This is a minor procedure, performed by Dr. Megha personally.
